Dimitra is reading Economics at the University of Bristol. An avid photographer of cosmopolitan origins, he speaks Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay and English fluently.
He has a conflicting relationship with his native home of Indonesia, which he loathes (for the purge of the Indo-Chinese) and loves at the same time. Blaming George Soros for the widespread disparity and poverty in Indonesia, he hopes to mature as an economist who is very well acquainted with profit-maximization; yet equally aware of the community in which he operates.
When idle, he listens to Dylan and dreams about being a Gonzo journalist.
